Therapeutic Massage:

Therapeutic Massage is aimed at relieving chronic disorders and musculoskeletal pain. During Therapeutic Treatment I work to restore balance and harmony to the body's systemic and functional/biomechanical use.  A variety of techniques (such as myofascial release, acupressure, deep tissue, and active/passive stretching) are used to achieve positive results for the body in relation to the clients needs and goals.  Regular Therapeutic Massage Therapy can resolve chronic pain as well as improve circulation, lymphatic, and neurological functioning. Prenatal massage is also offered under this service.

Relaxation Massage:

Relaxation Massage Therapy helps de-stress and loosen up the body.  This type of treatment is focused on reducing the levels of cortisol in the body which relieves stress and induces a sense of well-being along with relaxation.  Relaxation Massage is a great option for those who lead busy lives and need regular self-care to restore their body's natural hormone levels while maintaining a demanding schedule.   The treatment consists of flowing strokes, kneading and gentle manipulations of the muscles performed at the clients preferred depth and pressure. Prenatal massage is also offered under this service.

Deep Tissue Massage:

Deep tissue massage is a type of massage therapy that uses firm pressure and slow strokes to target the deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue. It is often used to treat chronic pain and muscle tension. Deep tissue sessions relieve muscle pain and stiffness, improve range of motion, reduce inflammation, improve posture, promote healing after injuries, and reduce stress and anxiety. As with all sessions, the depth is tailored to each client's need.

Combination Massage:

This option allows you to customize your session into whichever combination suits you best.  We will begin with deep tissue or therapeutic massage- which is aimed at relieving deep tissue muscles and chronic disorders or musculoskeletal pain.  During treatment we work to restore balance and harmony to the body's systemic and functional/biomechanical use.  Once we are finished with the focal therapeutic work we will then go into relaxation massage to de-stress and loosen up the body.  This portion of the treatment is focused on reducing the levels of cortisol in the body, relieving stress and enhancing your sense of well-being.
